Tetiana Rieznichenko is selling her father Volodymyr Nalyvaiko's beautiful wooden art at Indiefjord HQ Saturday 10-17 and Sunday 11-17.
Volodymyr is a woodcarver from Ukraine. He came to Norway four years ago from a region that remains under Russian occupation. He is 69 years old and has dedicated much of his life to the art of woodcarving.
He now lives in Molde, where, with the support of Norwegian friends, he has been able to continue his craft. Every piece is handmade from different types of wood and finished with a natural blend of linseed oil and beeswax. Many of his works are inspired by Norwegian nature, Vikings, trolls, and Norse mythology.
It is a pleasure to present his work at Indiefjord. If something catches your eye, we hope one of these unique handmade pieces will find a place in your home.
