Craft Dumplings – Craft inside.
Handmade. Crispy. Made with love.
It all started very simply – with the wish to make food that feels real, and that you would be proud to serve to people like your own.
We are a small family project. And we make these mini dumplings the way we would cook for friends and family: no rush, no shortcuts, just hands and time.
100% plant-based.
A mushroom and onion filling we refined for a long time until it became exactly right.
Every dumpling is shaped by hand – one by one.
No machines. Just dough, filling, and human hands.
We freeze them fresh to preserve the taste exactly as it is at the moment they are made.
At the festival, we fry them fresh to order – crispy on the outside, soft and juicy inside. Served with creamy vegan garlic sauce.
And this is not only festival food.
We also make frozen dumplings on order that you can take home.
They are easy to prepare yourself:

For home orders, we offer not only vegan versions – but also other fillings on request.
