Take a break and join us for an afternoon yoga class Sunday 12 July from 16.00-17.00! We'll go through a soft flow and end with some stretching and a long, relaxing resting pose. Beginners as well as experienced yogis are welcome!
The class will be held inside Notanaustet boathouse.
Yoga teacher Erik Indresøvde (RYT® 200) is a music lover and Yogi living in Oslo, Norway, originally from the Norwegian west-coast not far from Bjørke.
You can rent or buy our own amazing Lina Yoga yoga mats, or bring your own!
