First up: The Tao of Disc--Discover the joy of disc golf with Paul Black!
This workshop will take place both Saturday 11 July and Sunday 12 July from 12.30-13.30 in Bakketunet – in English. You pick the day that's best for you.
Discover your true nature and the joys of flying discs with touring disc golf professional, Paul Black.
In this session, we will discuss the philosophy of the Tao--the way or course of nature--and connect with our breath and our five senses.
Next, we will translate these principles into effortless action, feeling our way naturally into throwing the disc, while letting go of expectations.
Whether you become a frisbee enthusiast or not, this workshop will be fun, edifying, and applicable in our daily lives.
Participants will be given an opportunity to purchase a souvenir disc.
Admission is free with an Indiefjord ticket, or you can pay entry to Bakketunet (100 NOK, children go free).
