The Haukly evening menu is ready

Eirik and Helene at l.o.f.t.e.t have been the Haukly evening venue chefs the past few years. They're returning this year with yet another stellar dinner menu!

SATURDAY 18.30-22.00 - Brennsnut: Local meat and vegetable soup made with homemade stock. - Rogan Josh: Indian stew with lots of spices and some local goat meat. - Daal: Vegan lentil stew. ______ SUNDAY 18.30-22.00 - Brennsnut: Local meat and vegetable soup made with homemade stock. - Fish soup from Bergen: With "spoon dumplings" and cream. - Minestrone: Vegan. ______ Dessert (both days): - Veiled cheesecake (baked biscuit crumbs, cheese cream and berry sauce) Supper (both days), from midnight: Brudevollmòr (a local kind of hot dog)
